Delivery to the 37 countries served by Heatstrip Store. Reference rates including tax, based on the total number of items including accessories: France and Monaco, €25 / €35 / €40 for 1 / 2 / 3 or more items; Switzerland, €70 / €75 / €80 / €85 for 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 or more items; other supported countries, €30 / €45 / €55 / €65. The final amount and applicable VAT are calculated at checkout according to the destination and customer account.
Order tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you receive a tracking number by email to follow your parcel until delivery.
Indicative delivery times: Delivery takes 1 to 2 working days in France and 3 to 5 working days in other countries served.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not suit you, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Time limit: You have 14 days after receipt to return your item, provided it is new, unused and in its original packaging with all labels.
Return costs: The customer pays the return costs, except where the product is faulty or we made an error when preparing the order.
